Joseph Pilates brought his revolutionary ideas about movement to North America over 80 years ago. The principals of what is now the Pilates Method are: Concentration, control, centering, breathing, precision and flow of movement. While preserving the philosophy and vitality of Pilates’ work, Diane brings her own knowledge of yoga and somatic education to the experience. This work produces healthy movement habits for life through a dynamic relationship with the body, mind and spirit.
