Plank Turns for Shoulder Pain

Plank Turns for Shoulder Pain: From Fitness Pain Free
.
I first got this idea from shoulder blade researcher Ann Cools. I like it for a variety of reasons.
.
1) No equipment needed
.
2) Helps return back to closed chain activities (pushups, yoga positions, handstands etc.)
.
3) Works a ton of different muscles simultaneously
.
4) Usually well tolerated for painful shoulders. You can always cut the range of motion a bit if the end ranges get painful.
