Link in bio!?? -?? ?In this video, coach @kieferlammi identifies a common flaw we see when people try to stretch their pecs and an easy fix to improve it.?? .?? ?Often, we see people grab onto a wall or a rig and crank their arm behind them in order to try and feel a stretch in their pec. While you might feel a stretch there, the chances are you’re also putting a lot of stress on the structures at the front of your shoulder and while that might feel good in the moment, it could be causing more harm than good. ?? .?? ?A quick fix that we like to implement is using a bent arm so you have a bit of a shorter level, slightly packing the shoulder to keep the head of your humerus from gliding forward, and gently leaning your chest forward to get the desired stretch in the pec. ?? ?? -?? ?
